These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fexi mobile app and the fexi.appwebsite, provided by 0x Code Limited (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Fexi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Fexi is a currency converter that displays exchange rates and works offline using rates cached on your device. Fexi requires no account and no login.
The $4.99 one-time one-time unlock
- Fexi is free to download and use with ads. You may optionally make a single one-time purchase of $4.99 one-time that unlocks the full app — removing ads, adding unlimited home-screen widgets in every size, and enabling cryptocurrency conversion — for the life of the app on your store account.
- This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
- The purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is tied to your store account. You can typically restore it on your other devices signed in to the same store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, as we do not process payments directly. Requests can be made through Apple or Google Play.
Exchange-rate disclaimer
Fiat exchange rates in Fexi are published reference rates sourced from Frankfurter, and cryptocurrency prices are sourced from CoinGecko. All rates may be delayed, especially when the app is used offline, and cryptocurrency prices in particular are highly volatile. Rates are provided for informational purposes only, are not guaranteed to be accurate or current, and do not reflect the rates a bank, card network, or exchange will apply to an actual transaction. Do not rely on Fexi as your sole source for financial or trading decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where permitted by law.
- Use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe others' rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or the services it relies on.
Intellectual property
The Fexi name, logo, and app are owned by 0x Code Limited. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Fexi is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0x Code Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on exchange rates shown in the app.
App store terms
Your use of Fexi is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service). Where those terms conflict with these Terms for store-specific matters, the store terms control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
