How do offline rates work?
Fexi caches the most recent exchange rates on your device. When you have a connection it refreshes them in the background; when you're offline it keeps converting using the last rates it fetched. Rates are reference rates and may be delayed while offline.
How do I add the home-screen widget?
On iOS, long-press your home screen, tap the + button, search for Fexi, and choose a widget size. On Android, long-press the home screen, tap Widgets, find Fexi, and drag it into place.
What does the $4.99 purchase include?
It's a one-time lifetime unlock — not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks the full app for the life of the app on your store account. There's nothing recurring to cancel.
I bought the unlock but it's not showing on my new phone.
Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you purchased with, then use the app's Restore Purchases option. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we'll help.
Why does Fexi show ads, and why the tracking prompt?
The free version is ad-supported through Google AdMob. On iOS we show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any personalized advertising — if you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads instead. Buying the unlock removes ads entirely.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
Fiat rates are published reference rates from Frankfurter (frankfurter.dev), and cryptocurrency prices (a Pro feature) come from CoinGecko. They're for informational purposes and won't exactly match the rate a bank, card network, or exchange applies to a real transaction.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play support with your order details.
